All WYNGZ RidezCool Saddle Pads are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, Except for the seat of the pad, which has a ten (10) year warranty against breakdown in the foam. All pads must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Normal wear and tear or abuse of the pad is excluded from this warranty. Pads returned for any other reason are subject to a $30 restocking fee and must be clean and dry or a $30 cleaning fee will be assessed.
